Hamilton B to Brant

On 17 July 2025, St. Andrew’s No. 62 officially moves from Hamilton B District to Brant District. At lodge on Thursday, 19 June, the brethren of Hamilton B District said good bye while the brethren of Brant District welcomed us. It was an emotional evening as we have been a member of Hamilton District for over one hundred years.

The lodge was full to overflowing with over seventy brethren present, many of whom partook in a roast beef dinner before lodge. Brant District welcomed us by presenting their outsized travelling gavel to be retained by us till our first lodge meeting in September when the Brant lodges will compete to get it back.
